The dosage of this substance is 2-8 mg/kg, the doctor administers the drug intravenously once a day. The course of chemotherapy is three weeks. Then a break is made.

    What are the complications and contraindications of the drug?

    Cyclophosphamide not administered to a patient with the following symptoms:

    • pregnancy;
    • lactation period;

    • bone marrow hypoplasia;
    • leukopenia;
    • anemia;
    • severe cachexia;
    • terminal stages of cancer pathologies.
